Weftify terms of service

These Terms govern your use of Weftify, including the Weftify web application and the Weftify Secure Connector Chrome extension. Weftify helps sellers connect marketplace data and operate with analytics, reporting, planning, listing workflows, and messaging.
Using Weftify
By using Weftify, including the Weftify web application and the Weftify Secure Connector Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized to connect, access, analyze, and act through the marketplace accounts you use with Weftify.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Weftify account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that risks the service, other users, or marketplace integrations.
Billing, trials, and subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through a free trial, monthly subscription, annual subscription, or other pricing model disclosed at signup or checkout. If you start a trial, you authorize the payment method you provide to be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before renewal. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Weftify.
Marketplace connections and data
When you connect a marketplace account or use the Weftify Secure Connector, you authorize Weftify to retrieve, process, and display marketplace, seller, listing, order, payout, inventory, promotion, messaging permission, and other connected account data as directed by you. You represent that you have the right to connect the accounts and data you use with Weftify. Weftify acts on your behalf to provide the service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any third-party marketplace unless we expressly say otherwise.
User-directed marketplace actions
If you use Weftify to create or upload listings, update listing metadata, send messages, or otherwise act through a connected marketplace account, you instruct Weftify and the Weftify Secure Connector to submit those actions through your signed-in marketplace session. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, listing details, images, prices, message content, and other submitted inputs before sending. Weftify does not guarantee marketplace acceptance, publication, delivery, or continued availability of any user-directed action.
Third-party platform responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, rate limits, messaging rules, privacy requirements, and other requirements of any marketplace or third-party service you use with Weftify. Weftify does not control third-party marketplaces and is not responsible for marketplace account restrictions, policy enforcement, data changes, delivery failures, schema changes, outages, or other third-party actions.
Data accuracy and analytics
Weftify reports, rankings, calculations, public-market observations, buyer and seller lists, and other analytics are informational only. Connected and public marketplace data may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, unavailable, changed, or inaccurate. You should independently review important business, financial, inventory, tax, sourcing, and outreach decisions before relying on Weftify outputs.
Messaging and outreach
If you use Weftify to compose, view, or send marketplace messages, you are solely responsible for the recipients you select, the content you send, and your compliance with applicable laws, privacy rules, anti-spam rules, and marketplace messaging policies. You may not use Weftify for harassment, deceptive messages, unlawful solicitations, bulk spam, or messages that violate third-party platform rules. We may limit, suspend, or disable messaging features if we believe use creates legal, platform, security, or abuse risk.
Data minimization for buyer information
Weftify is designed to use marketplace usernames, user identifiers, purchase activity, message eligibility fields, and related commerce metadata where those fields are needed for the service. Weftify does not intend to collect or display buyer addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, buyer email addresses, or real names for analytics or messaging features unless a future feature clearly requires it and we provide appropriate notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Weftify to violate laws, breach contracts, evade marketplace rules, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems beyond what is expressly made available through the product, upload malicious code, abuse rate limits, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or attempt unauthorized access to any account, data, or system.
Intellectual property
Weftify and its software, design, branding, workflows, and related materials are owned by Weftify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Weftify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business use.
Service availability and changes
Weftify may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Marketplace integrations depend on third-party platforms and may change, degrade, become rate-limited, or stop working without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful message delivery, complete sync coverage, or continued compatibility with any third-party marketplace.
Disclaimers
Weftify is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weftify disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that reports, analytics, syncs, exports, rankings, public-market observations, message tools, or calculations will be complete, accurate, current, deliverable, compliant with a third-party marketplace, or suitable for your decisions without independent review.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weftify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, lost marketplace access, failed syncs, failed messages, marketplace enforcement, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Weftify in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using Weftify at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if continued service creates legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including billing obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Weftify after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
